I saw her tattoo “Nine” and could help but as the question. What does Eva Longoria’s tattoo mean?”. I think that it is a really bad tat. It makes you wonder where she found the artist, my 6 year old nephew can do better.
But I found out that the “NINE”, is her husband Tony Parker’s number. My guess is that it’s probably not completed yet, but I would guess that artist either suffers Parkinson’s or is a trained monkey.

EVA Longorias Tattoo on her neck reads NINE and it is an anigram so it can be read rightside up and upside down she picked nine because it is her husband Tony Parkers basket ball number
